Work on Sunday/Holidays/night can slightly reduce the taxable salary each month. The German social security contains a retirement fund. Currently the age to start with the payment is 67. The Employee needs to pay at least 5 years into the German retirement fund to get a payment upon retirement. A rough calculation could be net wages of around 4.100-4.250 Euro per month.
