MLC 2006
Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006 contains seafarers rights to decent conditions of work and creates conditions of fair competition for vessel owners. Stan Shipping Agency Ltd. has been assessed by Polish Maritime Authorities and found to be in compliance with the national law standards for the seafarer recruitment and placement service providers and with the requirements of Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006, Regulation 1.4 – Recruitment and placement.
